Nope not at all. All it does it basically installs the OS on your Usb stick by itself saving you alot of trouble and makes the whole process easily.

this is really awesome, I installed ubuntu9.4 to my usb flash drive, and to a CD. Actually, I’m writing this comment using the Ubuntu Live CD. It is really fast and easy to use. I definitely recommend it.
